I want a nice clean edge, what's the best way to cut this stuff? I have access to a plasma (smallish one), torch and table saw. I cut 1/4" AL w/ the table saw w/ no problem but I doubt it'll do steel.

Should I have it cut on a brake at a fabrication shop?

if you want super clean edges then a mill is your best shot. if you want decent edges and fast work i say a powerful plasma cutter will do fine.

Bandsaw/power hacksaw if you are cheap or oxy torch if you are a pimp.

jigsaw with a guide then go at it with a file, but as stated before a mill is going to give you the best edge or a lasercutting or waterjet machine

Just have it snapped at your local shop. They usually charge a $1 per cut.

Depends what application its gonna be though. Sometimes a shear can leave a little beveled edge.
