Default Which welder for home use that will work with a 15a circuit?

Looking to get a welder and do some exhaust work, but have been wondering if my standard outlet/ 15 amp fuse panel will be an issue? Anyone know of a decent welder that wont be blowing my fuse? I have seen many 20amp welders, where would I find one that will work with my outlet/ 15 amp? Not looking for anything fancy, this would be my first welder, just looking to do basic exhaust work.

Thanks.

just look at the specs on the welder your looking at. You might have to just wire in a 20Amp recepticle in your garage...

I had a problem like this, lots of really old wires in a garage I don't own. I ended up getting an old fashioned Oxy Acetylene rig from Craigslist, no wires required. It was cheap to buy, it can weld just any metal you can throw at it, and it can cut metal too. It is just really frustrating to learn at first.
