Probably could be used for either. Right now gaming consoles.

Games, anything with tires.

I've been avoiding posting what games we play. Don't want to turn it into a "that game sucks, this game is better, that system sucks, this system is better kind of thread.

That said, I think that game was "grid", and lately we've been playing more GT.

Nice project and good idea. I'm thinking of using Al to make it more portable.

I think that this was their best use for their cockpit, yet.

Cluster is sweet!

I wonder how hard it is to get something going like that with non-PC related games, or using gaming consoles instead?

Pretty hard considering most consoles don't allow third party drivers/software. I'm sure you could hack/modify a console to adapt, but it's rather difficult.

mybe a reflashed newer xbox 360, but you have to add code to it,

but i think it would be hard and not worth the effort, maybe just build a pc you can mount under the seat, ad the clusters and a smaller lcd screen so you don't have to move it in front of the tv everytime, also you don't have to uhook it. so it'll be like a racing sim atthe arcade for free

I'm old, but here's something to shoot for.

Gran Truismo

Nissan gt-r 07 on the Fuji track with the hard chicane.

1:46.0159

I'm pretty proud of that one.
