You need to up the ante up a bit.
In the aerospace world, all that titanium would have been considered scrap the second you tacked them without backing gas...
But...people go gaga over contaminated/rainbow Ti welds...

I see your point, but he's building a car (albeit high end) not a space ship.

i didnt wire it up. had a pro come in and do it. i could have figured it out myself but it would have taken way too much of my time and thats one commodity thats very rare to me.

Re: TT gallardo build.
It's crazy how popular these cars are getting. I have billet fuel pump hangers designed for twin Walbro or Vane style pumps. Billet rails, Oil Filter relocation, etc. I haven't really decided how much of this stuff we want to sell seperatly but we spent so much time designing and building it seems silly not to. Wiring/tuning/etc.
If you are interested, shoot me a PM or email. Project is looking good so far!

I hope those turbochargers aren't going mounted to the frame in any way shape or form.

But, did his customer say he wanted "propper" welding? I mean, there a bits we can all pick faults with, when you buy a lambo you can't specify I don't want any box section on my chassis, but its what you get. I'm sure the customer knew the level of work before he started and was happy with it. 90% of the time you go the extra mile with something and the customer just wants it to work and go fast.

The owner decided to put it back to stock due to personal reasons. We didn't part ways in any way, still best friends and hang out all the time.

Re: TT gallardo build.
i hope he paid for your time and materials....
also, ive taken apart older ferraris like a testarosa, and boxer....I wasnt impressed with any of the welding.
i was also at cape canavral and saw the welds on the space shuttle engines and welds from the apollo project.....honestly i thought people on the internet would blast the fabricator if they had the chance.....in reality, in real world applications, welds never look like you guys all expect them to.
i mean i always notice at ball parks when i see the welds holding up the entire stadium. very messy looking....sometimes you people expect perfection when it isnt even practical
