Mother of god, its not like he is re-writing the book on manifold building, porting, and tig welding. He is just doing everything right. How many questions can you ask him?

Acidz- Really man? you can't even figure out what tool would work for porting round material?

Enjoy the display of manifold building perfection, and read through the damn thread if you have questions. I can't believe how complicated all these people are making this out to be lol.

No sir. I use all air powered die grinders. One of them is 1.0hp for have material removing, and the other is .50hp for blending and polishing.
Thanks

It's fine, it is annoying to be asked the same stuff over and over, but I look back and I did the same thing. So its not a big deal, thanks though.

Like many have stated when I give advice, what works for me may never work for others. So my advice is get out there, and find what works for you. Don't ask me thinking its the key to success when its not. Many bits of advice given to me I found to lead me down a path that did not work for me. So I did start everything I post myself and found what works. I suggest everyone does the same.

relax yourself.....take your tampax out.

Anyways i have been using an air die grinder, but i just find it slow thats all....then i toss on some sanding bits on the end for a final finish.

How do you find welding the Inconel? I've never welded Inconel so I'm curious to hear.

Hats off to you man. Insane quality. I don't know how you are able to run the business and do all of the welding and picture-taking without running out of steam. I remember when I used to do that and today I get exhausted by the mere thought of making a manifold.

Thanks markku, its by no means easy and has defiantly taken its toll on me. I'm averaging 2-3 manifolds a week plus a ton of other jobs. It's a lot of work doing everything from advertising, actually designing new products, building all the parts and shipping and packing everything myself. But its paying off. There's nothing else on earth I'd rather be doing...
Thanks again

Collin

That is some serious polishing!!!! Looks good.
I'm assuming this is bling, as the flanges are far heavier than the tube?
An Inconel manifold would be sweet.

What do you think he did when he started? It wasn't that long ago he was starting out with his miller diversion and was asking 100 questions.
