Looking good, but damn you should of got a compressor and a 90# jackhammer. Those electric jobs are trash in comparison. You could of had that busted up in a day. Your hands would probably hold the claw shape for another day, but the concrete would be busted.

Pretty much the same as the Omer lifts all of the new Honda dealerships are using. Flush in the ground= easy to lift car, easy to clean, and very nice on the eye.

Well guys the big day was yesturday the floor is poured and done. Just got to give it 2 weeks then its go time lol. Im gonna build small 16" cement ramps for the entrence of the garage

Wait, no pictures of the pour? (J/K) I'd like to see how your dealings went with getting your lift. Was there any issues and did you use their shipping deal or did you get your own Canada-side people to handle the transfer? Thanks for the info.

The hoist will have to wait 
had a few suprise purchases at the house. I will probly be getting it in november.
I changed my plans and it added up to a few more pennies LOL

Whats the AVG cost in material etc, to plumb the floor for heat like this?

The avg cost of the parts is not that bad till you buy the foam LOL.
Slab preperation
Foam 2" surroundings $300
Foam 2" floor 4x8 $900
Vapour barrier $70
Tuck tape $40
Pex Holders $60
Screws $20
Pex piping 1000' $350
Wire mesh $250
Rebar $100
30 Gal hot water tank $300
5 port manifold $200
Small pump $120
Zone valves $80
Concrete $1700
Labour to install concrete $450
It adds up slowly lol. Then i got to fill 770' of glycol
You can get alot of stuff off ebay. other then that its to home depot :S

Holy Moly!!! This is awesome, inspiration for future home/shop build. I've followed one build on garage-journal, but lost it. Very nice work. Good luck with the rest of it.
