Default Miller Diversion 180

Whats up guys, long time lurker..first time poster. Im looking to hone my tig welding skills and id like to buy a machine to use at home. I have my eye on the diversion 180 from Miller. It looks like a solid machine, id just be using it to fab **** for my car so nothing super thick. Just wanted to get some input from you guys on it, pros, cons and i was also curious how it compares to the diversion 165. Thanks, Bill

If you are looking into a inverter based welder and don't want to spend a lot the everlast machines are nice and there is a good review on them by weldingtipsandtricks.com, but if you want a miller and don't have the money for the dynasty series go with a syncrowave 200.

I have the 180, it isnt a syncowave 200 but does awsome. The only down side is the duty cycle. The input amps for the 180 is only 30 amp the 200 is atleast 60 amps so most people would need a sub panal. over all its good for AC and DC, plus everlast if you ever need repair, you have to send it to like FL, my miller i just take a 10 min drive...
