Work looks awesome!! I like how you do things a bit differently than others. The finish on the intakes look great too
LMAO at advertising, the entire website is advertising for everything posted on here. Lay off the guy, he's made it clear he doesn't want to step on toes.

Your work looks pretty good, but I'm curious how you're designing and selling performance parts that aren't flow and dyno tested? Sure, it's great eye candy, but what are the gains?
(Also interested in a K IM if dynos can be posted and it can be configured like IPS without costing as much! )

The difference between an advertising thread and a fab thread is talking about what you did to fab the part. So when you post pictures, just follow it up with some tech on how you built it and why. That way you get to show your work off and some people get to learn a thing or two about constructing a manifold like that.
Just my 2 cents.

^ Yes, my question is why you can't provide the link to the thread which you state "A customer of mine has ordered up one of my intake manifolds...his build is being called the most epic of all Honda builds and is being subscribed to be over 50k people world wide, he has Honda Tuning and Import Tuner magazine already knocking on his door and the car isn't even finished yet"? I admire you work for it's quality and the effort put into it, but you make a pretty bold statement that you can't even provide a measly link for.

I built one of these a while back and by customer request, painted it gloss black. I had a lot of positive feedback from everyone about the color, they all thought it was black chrome...so I decided to get this powder coated "black chrome". Anyways, I thought it turned out pretty nice, and a nice alternative for all of those who hate the polished look. The manifold is flanged B16A/B18C5, and flanged for a Ford Mustang 75mm throttle body. Let me know what you guys think.

Thank you sir! Heres one I just finished up....trying to work on my polishing skills. If anyone has advice about polishing I would sure appreciate it. I have a orbital buffer, both hand opp and bench mounted, but how do you guys get in the tight areas? like the flange for instance? I'm thinking a vibratory polisher is the only way to go, but I'm open to ideas...unless its sanding by hand...no thanks! :-)

That is actually a S2000 clutch master cylinder in the pic, I make the spacers needed to obtain the proper pedal throw/feel. The set up is used to mount the m/c to the firewall rather than it dangling off a cheese-dick bracket bolted to the strut tower. I believe Ray has posted some pics at K20.org? I will have some mounted in a chassis pics of his radiator this week.
Also...GREAT BIG HUGE THANK YOU!!! to all of you guys that support my work. It has been great to meet and work with all of you. I will continue to give it my all and push myself for innovation. Its good to know that my long hours and dedication is not going un noted. Again, THANK YOU ALL!

How long do you have in the polishing of that intake?

I had about 4 hours into the polish on that manifold, which is why I do not advertise or offer my manifolds polished (I don't have a fast/affordable method of doing it). This one was kind of a different deal though...its going on a uber nice show car, so the bling was neccessary. With the polish it brought the total time on this manifold up to about 19 hrs (thats machining flanges and velocity stacks, removing flange from core, fabbing the tapered runners, welding it all up, then the polish).

Good question, not sure about the diameter on the s2k clutch cylinder...I just make the required spacers. :-)

I guess that must be a different master cylinder somebody sent you, even most civic's are 13/16ths. I'll check our S2000 tomorrow just out of interest.

K20 manifold is on the works. Also working on some DSM manifolds. Honda market is pretty tough...lots of good competetion...and lots of cheap chinese imitators.
Heres a catch can I made today. This one fits in the battery location, but this customer doesn't have a battery tray, so I made custom machined brackets on the back that will bolt it descretly to the firewall. Drainbacks are on the bottom, so no oil should accumulate...seems like a winner.
