Work looks awesome!! I like how you do things a bit differently than others. The finish on the intakes look great too

LMAO at advertising, the entire website is advertising for everything posted on here. Lay off the guy, he's made it clear he doesn't want to step on toes.

Steve
Hey Steve, I will admit my manifolds have not been flow tested, the reason behind that is because I haven't been able to find place local that can do it (and do so acurately). My manifolds are dyno tested though, in fact I think at this point everyone that I have sold has been tested/tuned and all have left the dyno very happy. I haven't posted any sheets here yet (I am trying to get them on the new website). I don't have a scanner so I'm not real sure how I will get them on the computer...I know, I know... but as I mentioned before, I am really not trying to sell parts on Honda-Tech...so more than likely the sheets will not be posted here, and certainly not in my fab thread. If I decide to become a vendor or sponsor here and sell parts then that information will be pertinant. K series manifolds are just around the corner for me.

The difference between an advertising thread and a fab thread is talking about what you did to fab the part. So when you post pictures, just follow it up with some tech on how you built it and why. That way you get to show your work off and some people get to learn a thing or two about constructing a manifold like that.

Just my 2 cents.

Agreed, I have said on more than one occasion in this thread, if you have any questions feel free to ask. Its kind of hard to describe how I built the part without knowing what exactly may be in question. Its all pretty straight forward fab and machine work. Questions? shoot.....

^ Yes, my question is why you can't provide the link to the thread which you state "A customer of mine has ordered up one of my intake manifolds...his build is being called the most epic of all Honda builds and is being subscribed to be over 50k people world wide, he has Honda Tuning and Import Tuner magazine already knocking on his door and the car isn't even finished yet"? I admire you work for it's quality and the effort put into it, but you make a pretty bold statement that you can't even provide a measly link for.

I didn't miss your post the first two times :-) I honestly don't feel it neccessary to validate everything I say (especially when it is a off topic discussion, and a external link not on H-T). I am a very straight up guy, no bullshitting...which has been proven by my customers and friends that have chimed in this thread :-) I am not trying to be a dick, or anything I have already been warned about keeping it on topic. If you have a serious interest in knowing the link PM me.

Thank you sir! Heres one I just finished up....trying to work on my polishing skills. If anyone has advice about polishing I would sure appreciate it. I have a orbital buffer, both hand opp and bench mounted, but how do you guys get in the tight areas? like the flange for instance? I'm thinking a vibratory polisher is the only way to go, but I'm open to ideas...unless its sanding by hand...no thanks! :-)

for the tight spaces, grab a dremel and a polishing kit to go along with it.

The S2000 master cylinder is only 5/8's?

How long do you have in the polishing of that intake?

Regards
Ricky

Good question, not sure about the diameter on the s2k clutch cylinder...I just make the required spacers. :-)

I had about 4 hours into the polish on that manifold, which is why I do not advertise or offer my manifolds polished (I don't have a fast/affordable method of doing it). This one was kind of a different deal though...its going on a uber nice show car, so the bling was neccessary. With the polish it brought the total time on this manifold up to about 19 hrs (thats machining flanges and velocity stacks, removing flange from core, fabbing the tapered runners, welding it all up, then the polish).

Luckily I have a polisher just down the road, it takes him a week or 2 but its less than i'd charge for 1 hours labour so works out great for me so long as time isn't an issue. He gets a mirror shine, but won't do the tight bits unless i pay tripple the cost so i just leave the runners and linish the flange before welding.

I guess that must be a different master cylinder somebody sent you, even most civic's are 13/16ths. I'll check our S2000 tomorrow just out of interest.

K20 manifold is on the works. Also working on some DSM manifolds. Honda market is pretty tough...lots of good competetion...and lots of cheap chinese imitators.

Heres a catch can I made today. This one fits in the battery location, but this customer doesn't have a battery tray, so I made custom machined brackets on the back that will bolt it descretly to the firewall. Drainbacks are on the bottom, so no oil should accumulate...seems like a winner.
