Custom Fabrication Item - How Much $$ To Replicate?
I need to have a few (5?) Of these made. It's thin steel, but very very stiff. One notch is 15/16" and the other is 1". It's used to attach radio antennas to vehicles (I'm a 2-way radio installer) Sizes need to be pretty exact - I can't have it slipping off and scratching paint when I'm tightening the antenna down. Small hole isn't needed.
I know it would vary, but how much would i expect to pay to get some of them made?
I use it every day and would be bummed if i lost it so a spare would be nice- plus the other installers & techs would like one too. I got it from another tech like 5 years ago, and for the life of me can't find anything like it anywhere. I have no part number either.
Size is 3 7/8" x 1½" x 1/16" thick and as stated above very stiff. I'd have a hard time bending it with my hands and generally lives in my back pocket all day and stays flat after sitting on it...

I was going to link you to a thread someone posted a while back about cnc plasma cutting, but after I found it, I realized Ron was the one that posted it. Lol
