Testing waters 1999'' Integra GSR with factory new ITR swap from dealer 60k
Ok I wanna put my integra out for sale and see if anyone is intereted, Its a white 1999'' gsr clean title i believe the chassis has around 100-150k. I purchased a fresh brand new ITR motor in pieces from the dealer. Thats head block and tranny seperate. I should have most all the reciepts. The motor cost me well over $6,000. its a 2 dr coupe with leather interior 9-10! tinted limo windows. The motor has just about 60k it was ran boosted for about 45k with the supercharger then removed. just did the 55k maintence. Has new oem timing belt, water pump, oil pump, oil pan gasket, oil pan pick up gasket. valve lash adjusted. oil has always been changed at 1500-2000 miles with penzoil hyper synthetic. had about 6 oil changes in n.a form and now boosted again currently. (will not sell in sc'd form unless a better offer is made) The motor sounds crisp! no issues at all guaranteed! the motor burns no oil!! and performs 110%. the transmission is butter smooth and has about half the amount of miles because i had it replaced under warrantty because of a issue with the first one. The car is a blast to drive and feels verry strong! no short cuts were made on his motor nothing but the best!
I just swapped the motor in the 1999 gsr i baught. the car has a clean title. only flaw is it has a barelly noticable ding/scrap on the pass side quater pannel from someone in a parking lot. its not that bad at all and only noticable up front. The car could use a new paint job but over all is in good condition all around. I have ITR optional lip and side skirts in red thats waiting to be repainted with the car. car also has a 96 spec jdm ITR 4x114 conversion and matching ITR rims. might be open to trades for a sti or evo.
heres a list of whats on the car like aftermarket parts. The car is almost al stock.
B18c-5 motor 1999 usdm ITR ecu
skunk 2 pro series red manifold
Aem blue adjustable cam gears (not degreed)
UKDM ITR gauge cluster low miles not sure right now.
USDM ITR clock,climate control,shift boot
momo shift ****
avid motor mounts
hondata intake manifold gasket and throtle body gasket
stock header, cat and exhaust from 99'' gsr
konig struts and springs (great suspention! feels verry nice)
carbon fiber ITR wing
sk2 oil cap
ngk wires
arp head studs
I can sell it as is for $12k obo or $13k obo with a new paint job. all white.
I have fresh mint i mean mint set of JDM ITR srd reccaro seats in red i can include for $1000 obo extra.
no trades cash only text 858 866 4948

no offense but your selling a gsr/type r rep with 4-lug suspension for more money than a type r...it is clean though

with a Type r swap from the dealer that cost $6,000+ with most reciepts. that has 60,000 miles roughly, find me a ITR swap with that many miles. there just not out there for sale with low miles like this anymore.

When will people understand that honda/Acura, mugen/spoon, jdm parts don't hold up the resale value. But then again that's just any product, you'll never get back what you paid. All in all, you've got a great motor there.

of course dont get me wrong if this was a used ITR swap with still low miles i would be selling this for like $8-9k but since the car is a clean tittle, has a brand new engine just serviced costing over $6,000 dallors, new paint job and recarro seats did i mention the ITR 4 lug conversion, i think my price is fair, **** i bet its more clean than most ITR's for sale lol dont hold me on that though its still not repainted lol.

But then again, there are a bunch of real Integra Type R's with higher mileage in the 9-12k price range. All in all, buying the B18C5 Engine for 6k was one of the biggest mistake one could make. If you were to shopped around beforehand, you would've found Authentic Integra Type R's for as low as 6k, if you didn't care about the Salvage title.

For 14k, you can get an Authentic Type R #1052 with 78k Miles unmolested, clean title. Compared to your 13k good paint job car.

Re: Testing waters 1999'' Integra GSR with factory new ITR swap from dealer 60k
maybe, but one of the best investments i made with this car was the motor! at the time of shopping around shops to build me a motor this was a better route for me! no motor runs like a new honda! i have lots of experience with built motors and in my experience i didnt want to spend that money again on a motor that wasnt gonna last long thats why i chose the oem motor.

But regardless, glws, and how you'll still get something back for your car. Didn't mean to be an *** about the price. I just wanted to reason with Logic so there's no false hope for you.

The money you've put into that car is enough to purchase an Integra Type R with a badge number. Your car is only a Type R replica zombie, whose real body is engine was GSR. Lol You still cannot expect people to spend that much for your car when there are tons of legitimate Type R's out there for nearly the same price, especially after looking through the Integra Type R For Sale Forums I've showed you.

I just sold my C/W ITR. W/64k miles on it mint cond. for 9500. Yours is not a Tpye-r. Its a gsr with some nice stuff. I think your overpriced by 4-5k.

Re: Testing waters 1999'' Integra GSR with factory new ITR swap from dealer 60k
I have been seeing this a lot lately and the owners feel that they are a good price. A person will only by a car based on its original parts based on price, any add on parts you combine with the sale, you will lose money. I am looking for a GS-R myself, but even in NJ they feel they are worth 9K or more. If that was the case an Acura dealer is selling a type-r in yellow for 12K, with 15K miles. Its not hard to see where the issue comes in.
By all means you have a nice car, but it is a buyer market for everything and that means low sale price of around 4K.

Just curious how much did the ITR LSD tranny run you? I'd like to pick one up myself. Car looks sick btw and there's an *** for every seat.
