All things considered man, even if you are Driving Miss Daisy, how do you expect someone to warranty a car YOU will be driving? What's to say you don't get 1300 of the 1500 miles home and decide to change your mind, so you blow up the motor on purpose? How do you expect him to accept that liability? If you are that serious, spend a little extra money on an inspection by a center of your choice local to him. If that passes, pick up a drive train warranty and come and get it.

I mean I see your concern, but try to look at it from both sides. He might be difficult to work with, but your request is unreasonable.

BUMP! This car is 100% in perfect running condition and paint is brand new ($3000+ alone) I have driven in it myself and wish I had bought it last month! The motor swap on the other hand was mine imported from japan but never used and in great condition, I sold my shell and had no use for the swap at that point. The only thing negative I can say about this car is the interior needs minor odds and ends such as floor mats and one carbon air vent (that was an option in japan?) this is a brand new car! No BS. 1500 mile warranty? the importer I got the motor from only had a 30 day warranty that it passed without a hitch. Well worth 8,500.00 let alone 7,000.00 every part is new.

The car was stock as of 6 months ago, so all mods and RHD/paint is all fresh
