Perfect 1990 CRX SI, B20Vtec, OBD1, Clean Body, Del Sol Seats etc. Reno, Nevada
I have been building this car for about 6-8 months now. Every bit of work on this car has been done alone by me. My goals have been to stay as "sleeper" as possible, and maintain daily driveability. I bought the car completely stock, nothing had been touched, right down to cold a/c. But now onto the good stuff:
Ive run this motor about 6k daily driven miles, most of which were driven very slow (I used it to deliver pizza everyday). Ive never had one single problem, it has been as reliable as a brand new car, it runs and drives like one.
Motor:
2000 USDM B20z bottom end (~10k miles)
1991 B16a1 Head, ITR valvetrain, stock cams
Skunk2 Intake manifold, B16a2 TB
Hondata IM Gasket
JG cam gears
JDM DC 4-1 Header with 2.5" collector
Cable J1 B16 Tranny, Grind free
ITR Clutch
Brand new axles (lifetime warranty)
B&M FPR and Fuel pressure gauge
Running a totally plug and play OBD-1 Conversion
GSR distributor
Suspension:
Matrix Coilovers (actually ride pretty nice)
Tokiko Illumina 5-way adjustable struts
Misc:
PERFECT condition Blue/Grey Del sol's
Stock all wheel disks, only came on 90-91 CRX SI's
New Brake pads
New Performance radiator
All new gaskets/belts/hoses
Twin 10" Slim Fans
Custom 2.5" exhaust, 18" resonator, Catco Catalytic converter, Summit turbo muffler, probably one of the quietest honda's you've heard.
OBD-1 Conversion Running a chipped p28 with Uberdata (rom burner included)
Tinted windows
Interrior is in very good shape, not gutted one bit.
Battery Relocation to the rear
Sunroof works fine
Avital Tornado Alarm system
Flip switch to check for any CEL codes
Probably more I will have to add later
Pictures, more available if there is anything in specific you want to see:
I will entertain offers around $7500. I have no "need" to sell the car so I will wait however long it takes to sell. My goals have changed. If you think that is high im sorry, it is to me a perfect Honda. Fast, Clean, Sounds great, Reliable, 30MPG, Great Brakes, you name it. Bumps are appreciated, any potential buyers are encouraged to come take a look at the car, I have nothing to hide, It looks much better in person.
The body had some nicks and dings and some paint chips so my first project was the body work and paint. The body is now in damn near perfect condition. Honestly has no dents. The paint has the texture of a fridge, some call it orangepeel, It was due to a problem with the paint gun. Although that sounds nasty everyone who sees the car comments on how unique the paint looks, it has been dubbed "the fridge" because it looks just like a fridge all over, it looks totally intentional. After I painted it I thought I would buff the texture out of it, but I have come to love it like most of my friends, But if you didnt like it, it would be easy to buff the car and have a perfect paint job. The car needs absolutely nothing, I have done every bit of work myself from when the car was totally stock, body work, paint, swap, obd1 conversion, suspension, built my exhaust, seats, you name it. I have not had it in a single shop, I don't like to trust other people's work over mine. Thanks for taking a look!

Re: (mf RENO)
Im sure lots of people have seen it, I just don't bring it to the races and what not. Too much drama for me. I just build my cars to have fun, people get way too into it, starting fights, messing with peoples cars etc. Ive beat quite a few people and at the next light they get all tough.....People dont just have fun anymore it seems?
