Its a certified piece. Any clown with a Skunk2 rad cap can get a Junk2 Cert.
Skunk2 is far from a reputable company and Blackworks is a joke.
OP will never sell this car. This is probably just a good but misplaced April Fools day joke.

Clean hatch. Very cool that it is BAR'd. Guys not living in CA may not realize how difficult it is to get that certification. The rules are very strict and the referee can be your worst nightmare.
But it would be a lot of work to get a smog check every 2 years. To correctly pass visual; the header, TB and IM would need to be swapped for the OEM parts. Even after that, I'm not sure if the cams and ECU will pass the sniffer. Stock OBD2 DC2-R ECU would be weird to wire up. I'm curious how you dealt with that situation when getting certification. A chipped OBD1 ECU is not right unless your ref got laid the night before and his wife made him his favorite breakfast. I hate CA smog. A hook up will get it done...no doubt. But that defeats the whole reason to BAR it.
I know many people do not prefer most parts you used but to each his own. GLWS

Why don't you send an offer my way and I'll see if it is not necessary to remove anything but just take your offer and leave it as it. Or tell me what you want removed of course price will be lower, but I don't feel like doing any wrenching at the moment unless the offer is appealing to me.
Keep in mind car will come with the internals that were removed or stock parts. The Si interior seats are in great condition, the itr cams, cam shafts, IM, headers and anything I removed will be given to the buyer. I know I can sell those parts as well but it comes with the car.

How is BARing a car difficult? Instead of putting a bunch of chinese made crap everywhere you use OEM parts and OEM ecu, make sure there are no CELs and it passes. I would love to hear why that is so difficult? If you have "one of da homees" doing your swap "cuz he noes hizz ish nahmean?" then yah, it might not pass, otherwise it really isnt hard, and there are a ton of BARed cars around these days...
Almost 14k for a GSR EG hatch, damn, Barrett Jackson here we come....
Even when I was looking for a Honda back in 2004 you could get an ITR swapped hatch for half what he's asking. Minus the skunk2 cert of course...

No JDM ECU'S either. I know a guy who did get a JDM block certified because he had a USDM IM (w/evap purge) and TB (his JDM TB had MAP mounted on the firewall) and USDM ECU.
How he got a OBD2 Type R ECU to work in his OBD1 chassis? I do not know. Maybe is not that crazy of a modification? I was told USDM ECU for the motor. No chipped ECU's.
Is that justification for the price? No. I think it's worth $6500-7000

I'm not here to buy the car or make offers.
I like the hatch, reminds me of my old red hatch. I know its hard to find a clean e.g., let alone a clean e.g. si. What power did you put down after the cams and the other bolt ons? Did you do the all the work? Also, does it have a security system in it? With this ad being on HT, are you ok with keeping the car, or are you set on selling it?

I'm willing to remove parts on the car such as full interior, wheels etc for a better deal. I have the stock interior all in great condition it all depends on someone serious that wants to buy it. Motor is a JDM spec R motor to be exact and for those that don't know you can get this bard, but is not easy I did it that's how I know.

I'm not sure why these guys here don't understand how hard it is to find a strait clean eg si. It took 2 moths just to find my eg si that wasn't 3 different colors and strait. Your paint is way cleaner than mine though. Good luck, this forums rough.
