Default H23A Bluetop swapped 2000 Prelude

For Sale is my 2000 Honda Prelude with 127xxx miles on the ODO. Approx 60xxx on the JDM H23A Bluetop engine. I AM IN NO RUSH TO SELL! Reason for sale is simply because I want out of the import game.

Asking $5000 OBO

The car runs and drives flawlessly, but has some minor issues. Everything is listed below:

Mods:
JDM H23A Bluetop w/ approx 60k, swap performed by Rahim @JDM Midwest in Fairfield, OH
PDE head w/ Type-S Cams
Chipped obdI P28 ecu purchased from Phearable.net, dyno tuned by DK Goodrich in Frankfort, KY. Made 201 hp/174 tq to the wheels
2-Step rev limiter
V-Tec is set at 4500 RPM (set lower due to H23A having longer stroke and more low-end power)
Exedy OEM clutch
Fidanza 8 lb flywheel
K-Sport Kontrol Pro 32-Way adjustable coilovers in the front
No name sleeves on stock shocks in the rear. Rides pretty stiff, but with 50 series tires it's not too bad
No name intake
No name strut bar
Spoon Sports oil cap
Speed daddy header
Vibrant 2.5'' Ultra Quiet Resonator
SRS Catback exhaust, muffler cut off and replaced with Vibrant Flat black 2.5'' dual tip muffler. Exhaust note is near perfect. A little on the loud side, but no rasp/rice.
JDM Yellow foglights
JDM Red Honda Badges
JTC Short Shifter (true short shifter, not just the adapter). Height and throw length adjustable.
Skunk2 Type-R Style shift ****
Kenwood CD Player w/ Ipod/iphone adapter
Drilled and slotted rotors
Ceramic brake pads
Gloss black paint job done in August 2014 by Maaco paint in Lexington, KY. Car was originally dark green. It is still green on the inside of the doors/trunk and under the hood.
AEM Plate frame
17% window tint done by Eclipse Window Tinting in Fairfield, OH
OEM style Front lip
Clear front reflectors

The bad (NO sugar coating!):

Front K-sport Coilovers are hard to adjust due to corrosion.
Coilovers still need to be corner weighted. This will be difficult due to the corrosion on the K-sports. I would recommend either just driving the car as is or purchasing new suspension set up. Car pulls to the left slightly. However, the car is aligned and has no uneven tire wear.
The mount on the header that bolts to the bottom of the engine block does not fit H23A, therefore is just resting against it. This causes loud vibration at certain loads. This can be fixed simply by cutting off the mounting plate.
Burns small amounts of oil (ALL H ENGINES DO THIS!)
Small hood dents
Front bumper is slightly torn off on the passenger side. However, not noticeable at all unless right up close
Passenger side tail light is missing a very small corner piece

Bump! Just changed the oil and oil cooler o-ring. Used Mobil 1 5w-30 Full Synthetic. Changed out tail light gaskets as well.

Bump! About to install new rear brake pads and rotors, and replace seized caliper. Also added timestamp.
