Default FS or Trade for a nice K series EG - Euro M3 evo swapped BMW

am starting to miss the honda game after getting out to build a crazy BMW. The project is 95% done and it has the majority of the parts to make it as close to a 99 euro M3 evo as possible. So I was thinking about selling it and building a K swapped hatch instead but I figured why not offer it for trade to someone who is looking for something new. So here are the details. 92 318 is with unknown chasis mileage (this will be explained in a bit), 99 euro M3 evo motor (321hp euro motor, basicfally an e46 M3 motor), US 5 speed M3 trans, euro differential with LSD, full euro 2.5" exhaust and tubular header, brembo 4 piston calipers on euro E46 floating rotors, US m3 rear discs, rogue engineering short shift, racing dynamics front and rear sways, full euro suspension components, euro 3 spoke wheel, euro gauges that came from the car the motor was in (64k miles), full M3 kit with LTW low style wing, euro headlights, the car has very clean interior for the age and also has an eclipse headunit and JL XRs in the rear.

Now the bad. It badly needs suspension work. The stock shocks are blown but the euro springs are fine and give the car a mild drop and nice rates. It also needs a suspension bushing overhaul as that is one of the most common E36 problems. I also belive differential mounts will help. The short shift is not letting it fully go in reverse all the time causeing it to pop out of reverse sometimes though the shop who did the swap is pretty confident the short shifter is the issue and I haven't gotten around to this as it isn't to big a deal. Needs rear brake pads and there is a vacume leak somewhere the causes the car to idle funny when it feels like it.

So there are the pros and cons. Now keep in mind the motor alone with no tranny is 8k before shipping or installation and that doesn't include the tranny or the differential. Needless to say this is an EXPENSIVE swap to do and well over 16k has been invested here. I am just missing hondas as I am much better at working on hondas on my own and enjoy working on my own car. So all trades for K swapped EGs will be considered and also I would consider some B series turbo setups as well. Pics will be posted in the next two days as my buddy with a good camera is going to snap some quality pics for me. The car is located in NY and I would be willing to ship for the right car or meet halfway. For cash I want 11k but will entertain some close in the ballpark offers. Here are the cellhpone pics I have for now and will post some better pics up soon.

Na it really only needs about 1k in work if you can do the labor yourself. Shocks and a water pump would fix 90% of the issue. Do rear trailing arm bushings while you do the shocks and you're pretty set. I just have no time to play with the car anymore.
