FS/T 2002 RSX Type S SSM, IHE, coilovers, clean, rust free $5500!!
Selling my 2002 RSX Type S. First, a little about the car:
NEW PRICE, $5500!! Want to MOVE this ASAP!
100 percent rust free.
Clean title.
Extra clean inside and out.
AC, Power windows, power windows, moonroof, keyless entry
Clutch, brakes, and six speed manual transmission all in great condition and transmission is grind free.
Doesn’t burn or leak a drop of oil.
Car has been my baby for the past few months. It needs absolutely nothing, I’m just moving on to a different platform to play with. Adult driven, and is in excellent condition. Engine is very strong.
Has had a number of recent upgrades, and maintenance performed, including:
Brand new NNR full body coilover suspension, on all four corners (shocks and springs)
Adjustable camber arms front and rear, to reduce wear on tires
K&N Cold Air Intake
Mugen Style twin loop exhaust (very quiet, much to my surprise)
OBX Race Header (Causes CEL due to lack of catalytic converter)
Tinted Windows with lifetime warranty
17” Civic SI wheels and tires, about 50 percent tread remaining.
Professionally installed Kenwood KIV-BT900 Headunit, with Bluetooth, aux input, and iPod input (supports iPhone and charging)
Upgraded to the 2005-2006 style front end, using all OEM parts and hardware. Has retrofitted HID headlights (4300k), JDM yellow fog lights, and city lights.
Currently, the car has 187k miles. Previous owner had a long highway commute, and babied it as much as I did. Car has had strict Mobil1 synthetic oil change schedules since new, and was never raced. I truthfully hate to sell it, but winter is coming, and I can’t bear to see it driven through the salt and snow, with the body being meticulous as it is. I myself have never seen a 9 year old Acura in this nice of condition. I just can’t bring myself to have to drive it in the winter. Being as I only like to keep one vehicle, I’ll have to find a suitable replacement.
Price is $6000, otherwise I’d consider a trade for a Subaru WRX, Audi A4, or an e46/e36 BMW depending on condition, may require cash on your end.
Feel free to call 563-588-1580 to discuss the car, any time. If I don’t answer, just leave a message, or in a pinch you can text me.

Bump, new pic! Just realized the old pics up there don't show the front end pieces completely installed. That's all been remedied, car is whole now!

Still for sale. Just detailed, changed the oil, and drove it around for a couple hours. Awesome car. Just wish it had 2 more doors.
