FS - '99 Prelude 5-speed, MD/DE/VA/PA area
Testing the waters to see if there would be any interest in my Prelude. It is ready for another good home if the price is right.
'99 Prelude, "base" model. 93,500 miles, silver/blue color (I think it is called Satin Silver). Manual tranny (replaced clutch and had the tranny rebuilt by O'Donnel Honda in Ellicott City, MD at 75,000 miles or so - whoever had it before me did not know how to drive stick I guess as I had to have the work done after only owning the car a few months).
Never raced that I know of (not by me for sure). I bought a 2-year warranty and still have about 8 months left on it. I've got a CEL right now so need to have it checked out, but it is not throwing the car into limp mode so it's not a critical one.
Car is in good shape. No body issues, paint is solid, non-smoker so interior is in fantastic shape. Only things I've actually done to the car was the AEM short ram, and the Megan 4-2-1 stainless header. Everything else is stock (I have Skunk II cam gears, AEM underdrive pulleys, a Megan test pipe, and some E.S. engine mounts I bought and never installed - will be selling those as well probably unless the price is right to include them in the deal).
I'll be replacing the brake pads, spark plugs and wires before selling it (routine maint. stuff).
Asking $8,500 maybe with a little room for flexibility. If you want the extra uninstalled mods included than the price is firm.
PM, post, whatever if interested. Car is current daily driver and is located in Fulton, MD (just outside of Columbia).
Thanks for looking.
