Default FS '91 Accord LX Wagon w/ leaking head gasket

'91 Honda Accord LX Wagon with 358,xxx miles. Unmolested. Original engine and transmission. Straight body. Clear title. Decent tires. 10 disk CD changer under passenger seat. Valvoline oil changes every 5k miles. Honda ATF changes every 10k miles. Never overheated. No collisions. The only insurance claim on it was for an exploded paint can on the freeway that covered the right side and front of the car. Half the body was stripped and the whole thing got a new paint job about 13 years ago. I'm the second owner, putting over 300k miles on it in the last 18 years. Registration is good until July.

Head gasket started leaking in Jan. Probably just corrosion at the water passage through the HG since this has never overheated. I parked it as soon as I suspected the problem. We bought an Element that same week so the wagon has been sitting since. I thought I'd do the repair to make it more sellable but I just don't have the time or space right now.

Here's a list of what I have done though.
Within the last 50k miles, I have replaced all the following with OEM Honda parts-
-Timing belt, water pump and tensioner
-All coolant and heater hoses
-All A/C hoses
-A/C pump rebuilt
-A/C seals
-Power steering pump rebuilt
-All steering hoses
-All front suspension bushings, ball joints, tie rods and control arms
-Power steering rack from The Rack Doctor
-All engine and transmission sensors and their respective seals
-Valve cover gasket
-Rocker seals
-Distributor seals
-New radiator
-ATF hoses
-Belts
Plus KYB struts and Napa axles. The above kept me busy while waiting for knee surgery.

Within the last 20k miles I have installed-
-New rotors
-OEM brake pads
-New hubs and bearings (Moog and Federal Mogul)
-Master cylinder and booster
-Oxygen sensor, PCV valve, plugs, wires, dist cap & rotor for recent smog check.
-OEM tail gate latch and actuator (The last one from Honda USA actually.)
-OEM brake hoses and proportioning valve

If I kept this car the next things I'd do would be fuel pump, hoses and injector seals and possibly exhaust as the muffler is beginning to rust. I am an airline equipment mechanic and have a reputation for being where I need to be when I need to be there and I did work ahead of time on this car to keep it reliable. The extra money spent up front was worth it to me, even OEM prices.

The clear coat is peeling and interior is showing it's age. The rebuilt A/C system stopped working last year and I suspect it is the R134 adapter seals but had not had it tested yet. The radio recently cuts out intermittently and the power antenna stopped working long ago (Did it ever work?). Everything else works.

It is still drivable for a short distance. I'd recommend towing it home though.

Included are the original steel 15" rims and a spare distributor.

Asking $1100. Serious inquiries only please. No joy riders. No trades. I have clear title in hand, ready to go.

My zip is 91750.
