dude you need to do some more research on your R's... for real. i like how you're mandating the fair market price on peoples classifieds... seems to be a trend with you....

Yo bro, im not low balling anyone. ppl just need to realized that you can't expect to get the money back that they put into there cars. I just think how its bullshit that how ppl think Type R's are so rare, for christs sake thats all i see on this site, is Type R's for sale. ppl are asking like 7k dollars less than what they sold for brand new like 8 years ago with close too or over 100k miles.
Im mean ****, when you buy a new car, the second you drive of the lot its worth like 5k dollars less. So thats why i don't believe that Type R's should be worth crazy amonts of money. Also my 98' Prelude SH, has mad **** done to it, n i could maybe get 11k for it, but if it was a Type R, then dam i could get 18k. Plus i personally think that Prelude SH's are way less common then Type R's, i always see a Type R on the road, rarely do i see an SH Prelude.

It must be nice to see Type Rs everyday where you're at. I don't even remember the last time I've seen one. Of course you see a lot of Rs on this site, it's Honda-tech. People who post up their rides are most likely the same ones that have been around.

I think his asking price pretty fair. I've done my research on the price of an ITR and most of them are around $16-$18K. I would pick this one up if I was able to sell my S2K. Kelly Blue Book doesn't even have a value for an ITR.
