After much deliberation, I am putting my car up for sale

I have owned this car going on 7 years now (purchased in ~), it has been turbocharged since ~2011. Mileage when purchased was 98xxx, it is now at 161xxx

2000 Civic Si

Exterior

EBP paint
Paint matched thin moldings
Paint matched VIS Evo Style CF hood (buyer will also receive oem matching hood as well)
*All body panels are oem except for fenders*
I've repainted the front bumper/fenders a few years ago due to rock chips and a fender roll gone bad.

Interior
100% OEM interior except for headliner (re-wrapped in fabric a few years back)
Honda OEM black floormats
Buddyclub dual bend short shifter with ES bushings
Depo mechanical boost gauge
Depo electrical oil press gauge
AEM UEGO wideband gauge
Momo hub adapter/NRG 2.5 quick release
Personal 330mm steering wheel
Kenwood CD player
15% tint
Viper 2 way

Suspension
Ksport full coilovers
Buddyclub Front Upper Control Arms
Buddyclub Roll Center Adjuster (lower ball joints)
Extended front wheel studs (1 on the pass side is broken)
OEM front & rear swaybars
25mm spacers up front
20mm spacers on rears
Hawk HPS pads up front
StopTech pads on rear on crossdrilled rotors
15x7 +41 Enkei RPF1 on Toyo T1R 195-45-15 (one wheel is damaged but did mount and balanced)

Powertrain
100% stock, vin matching B16A2 short block (other than cams,100% stock)(New OEM timing belt,waterpump installed less than 10k miles ago)
2001 Integra Type R camshafts
Black wrinkle powdercoated valvecover
Integra GSR transmission with Integra Type R OEM LSD and carbon synchros
Innovative billet motor mounts 70A

Turbo set up
Log manifold
Precision 5431b turbo (purchased brand new in 2011 *have receipts*)
3" downpipe by LHT Performance
3" Thermal midpipe
3" axleback with Magnaflow muffler by LHT Performance
RC 550cc Injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump
2.5" cold side piping (all TIG welded)
Greddy RS blowoff
Tial 38mm WG (i believe 10 lb spring)
Fluidyne 2 row radiator
SPAL radiator fan with relay wiring setup

Dyno tuned in 2011 by John Vega @ Engine Parts & Tuning Solutions | Phearable.net and made 278hp @10lbs with a 2.5" downpipe,exhaust and cat converter. ECU is a converted/chipped P06 tuned with ECTune

I'm sure I have more details that I forgot and will add more later.

I rarely drive the car anymore (daily drive is about 3 miles round trip) and it sits 98% on the weekends as I have another vehicle.

2 decent ones with the RPF1s, no spacers though I believe

It does not have them anymore. That was a terrible mistake

The holes are covered with nice SS allen bolts

I don't have any doubts, I use to drive this to Jacksonville (about 4-5 hours) and back with no issues
