FS: 1998 Turbo Acura Integra LS, 92,100 miles, $4700 OBO. NOVA area. MUST SELL! SOLD

Ok, the time has come for me to sell my baby... It's a sad day in some ways, but I've been pulled in the direction of Subaru and their AWD turbos. Anyway, here's the full rundown of my car:
The car has had just one owner (Me), never been in an accident, CLEAR title. The car never fails to start up and hasn't had any mechanical problems in its entire life. It idles great, drives smoothly.
The car has the following mods:
-Engine
- T3/T04B Turbonetics turbo, 54 trim compressor, .63 A/R turbine housing.
- DRAG intercooler
- DRAG turbo manifold
- Full 3" Thermal R&D Exhaust (with high flow Carsound Catalytic Converter and 18" resonator)
- 550cc RC Injectors
- Hondata s200b (dyno tuned by AR Fab, street tuned by Bryan Arbogast, RIP)
- Intank Fuel Pump, new FPR
- Tial external wastegate, 35mm
- HKS SSQV blow-off valve
- Boost, A/F guages
- Joe P manual boost controller
-Audio (sound is very good, I will miss it )
- Sony Xplod 4x52w flip-face head unit
- Infinti Kappa 5.25" Component Speakers in front, 6.5" Kappas in rear.
- 12" Kicker CompVR subwoofer with enclosure in trunk
- powered by two amps, Sony Xplod for sub, Kenwood for speakers.
The car made 210whp @ 8-9psi, but is now Hondata tuned for 11psi, so it is making about 230-240whp. Dyno sheets can be scanned and made available.
Car has two sets of wheels/tires, one for winter, one for the other three seasons. Winter set is the stock 14" "snowflake" wheels with all-season rubber. The other set is 15" GSR "blades" with 205/50 Falken Azenis. These are the stickiest tires you can get, short of drag radials. Blades are in excellent condition with no curbage, Snowflakes have a little curbage on a couple rims. Both sets of tires have about 50% wear.
- Issues... any used car at this age will have some "known issues" and here they are:
- Compression tested at 160-165 across the board. Not bad, but not a full 180psi you might find on a brand new LS motor.
- A/C does not work at the moment. Turbo rubbed against a pipe which caused a leak in the system. I have a replacement pipe, though, and will include with the car. Most likely an easy install, but I rarely use A/C anyway, and never replaced it.
- Buttons on left side of head unit don't work, but included remote control handles everything.
- Car passes safety inspection, but not emissions with Hondata ECU.
- Clutchnet stage 2 wore out, and stock clutch is currently on the car. Clutch holds the power, but new owner would likely want something stronger in the future.
KBB private-party value is $4500-$5000, so with the added value of the mods, minus the "issues" I think my asking price is very fair. I'll entertain all offers, though it should be known I have a standing cash offer not much less than my asking.
Alright, that's the basic rundown. Everything said and done, the car is a joy to drive and still puts a smile on my face. I hope it does the same for someone on here.

Re: (SiR-G DC)
Yeah, sorry I'm being stingy with the pictures, these are just the ones I have on hand. I'll take some later and post them up tonight.
