97 civic hatchback all stock

Red 97 civic hatch back. 206,067 miles. 5-speed. Motor burns oil, it burned an exhaust valve a few months ago. I replaced all 8 exhaust valves and all the valve seals with OEM honda parts including a oem headgasket and head bolts, all other gaskets were replaced with aftermarket brand, and it has new ngk spark plugs. It runs and drives fine now but it continues to burn oil as it did before it broke.
Srs light is on.
It has rust on the left rear quarter panel, I cut out about a 3 inch section to stop it from spreading I have a large portion of quarter panel I cut out of a hatch at the junkyard. The left front fender is dented but I have a unpainted replacement fender for it, the front bumper has a white scuff mark on the right corner.
40,000 miles ago i replaced timing belt and water pump, trailing arm bushings, right axle, fuel filter. I also put a lower miles trans into it because the other one had a bearing noise. It has new exhaust from the cat to the muffler. The rear brake shoes were replaced a few thousand miles ago and the front brake pads a few weeks before that.
The interior is clean, with just a bit of driver seat wear on the bolster and the steering wheel has some wear on the top, the driver side door panel where you rest your arm is cracked under the fabric, and its missing the rear cargo cover.
The car is 100% stock besides for aftermarket fog lights, and a previous owner had a aftermarket power sunroof installed. All the wiring to the ecu and under the dash are untouched.
I just had the car inspected so its good until 6/2015. It has a intermittent check engine light but its been off recently. I no longer drive the car since I bought a replacement, so the mileage will stay same.
