96-Spec Jdm Integra type r for sale, THE REAL DEAL OBO

Hi there forum goers, today I decided to test the waters on my real, first generation imported 1996 Integra type r, no conversions or any other fake nonsense. I have owned this car for about 2 years now and I have been restoring it ever since. I hold this car dear to my heart but I have been thinking lately about moving on to other things, anyways, here is the parts list-
1. Spoon N1 exhaust
2. Password Jdm intake
3. Spoon 70mm throttle body
4. buddy club coilovers, less then 600k miles on them.
5. New brakes, rotors, pads and stainless steel brake lines done about 500 miles ago.
6. Toda Rep header and blox test pipe
7. Stock red recaros in mint shape
8. Front and rear strut bars, stock ITR bracing, C-Pillar bar and the previous owner put in a floor bar.
9. About 110k on the clock but regular engine maintenance is done every 3 months.
10. Rebuilt b16a transmission with the original type r lsd and it shifts like butter!
11. New bushings all around
12. 15x6.5 +45 offset Sprint hart cp-f’s.
I’m probably missing a lot parts so please text or call for more info.
13. New lower control arms, upper control arms with camber adjustment and I have new polyurathane boots for every ball joint so the ride is nice and firm.
13. Brand new spark plugs, oil change and transmission fluid change.
On the performance side, it’s pretty good, with the bolt ons it’s got a nice pull and smooth acceleration, I will send any interested buyers a clip of some driving videos and what not. The interior is 9/10 mint and is truly a pleasure to sit in.
The previous owner kept the car in pretty bad shape so even though I have tried to restore it, the car still has some blemishes here and there but nonetheless the car is a JOY to look at it. This is a first generation ITR so it has the Championship white paint color. The exterior is 7.5-8/10, the right buyer will take care of the little dings and such. I am always busy with my internship and school so I don't tender as much to the car so it could use a little cleaning but I will definitely clean the car and detail it for a serious buyer. Also, the reason why the bumper is all white is because the website I ordered it from only had a all white painted bumper and lip, so I took it and ran
Please, I am in absolutely no rush to sell this car at all, the way I look at it, if the car keeps sitting in my garage then the value is going to go up so I warn you, any bull sh** from dreamers and tire kickers will be ignored and blocked. This car is a one of a kind and it is registered and inspected with the original 10 digit vin but I NEVER drive it, it is an absolute garage queen. My number is 214-477-2345, please I prefer text messages because I’m always in school and at work. As for price, seeing how it’s a real imported type r, I’m also moving this month so I need it gone, 12k OBO TAKING OFFERS. UPDATE, recently changed the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, distributor and spark plugs.
This car is definitely gaining cult status and is a pure, collectors Japanese sports coupe and should go to a very good home.

Do you have any of the OEM parts that were replaced with the car as well? (Trans, intake, suspension, exhaust, etc)

Unfortunately when I got the car from the previous owner, it was in pretty rough shape and had almost no OEM parts. The only OEM thing that was on the car was ITR suspension but it was pretty much shot lol. I replaced major components with stock parts but I also put aftermarket parts on it.

Looks like its been repaired from something in the left rear part of the car and the front right fender isn't right, either warped from a wreck and repaired, or just crazy unaligned. Just in my professional opinion.

The car was backed into according to the previous owner, but he repaired most of it. The hood is crazy unaligned, it's leaning more towards the passenger fender. No front damage at all. It does have it's dings here and there though, standard for an imported car.
