I cant imagine an older lurker with lower postings than me. Nor a more annoyed one. Frankly, I'm ashamed for my fellow homoco drivers that we appear to be, to a man, too cheap to pony up the asking here. There are few cars in the world that will give you the experience of pounding performance like this around a track or a ring road, lap after lap, after lap, after week, after month, after year, like this car will. You will have to drive the tires off this car to make it stop working on a race track. Straight up, it takes a Porsche 991 to perform this reliably and you will have so much more fun running this at the track because you won't be thrashing something you know you're still gonna be making payments on 2 years from now. This thing is waiting to make a hero out of somebody and we're all staring at our shoes. It's not so important what we can actually achieve anymore, is it? No, it's much more important we appear to have the 'right' car, drive to the 'proper wheels', and most important, to look like we've got more money than we actually do. You wont be able to street a car like this ever again anywhere in the world in less than 10 years. Time waits for no man.

Am on the wrong continent. Already own a 'Ring Taxi'. Still, I looked into shipping across the pond but my quotes ranged wildly. Nonetheless, if car is as advertised, in Germany market price looks to be approx 75% higher than orig. US asking price even with weak Euro/Dollar exchng rate considered. Japanese cars have been traditionally tariffed much higher in Germany than in the USA so buyers anticipate paying much more for a Honda than buyers in US market, resulting also in far fewer on the roads creating an exclusivity sentiment, and also strict customization laws mean no clapped-out Hondas with huge wings and ebay fart cans driving around to hurt the Honda brand image.

I'm not throwing shade on this car at all as I think it's an amazing build, but you're throwing shade on everyone who has viewed the ad and not rushed out to withdraw $17K to buy it.

So I wanted all to know that I’ve sold the car. It was transferred over to the care of a very special person on Friday June 8th and is on its way to its new home. Thank you all for your interest I really appreciate your comments.
