Re: 94 Civic Si Turbo A/C Absolutely perfect
You could buy a used s2000 for that.... You could buy a 2008 chevy truck for that.... You could buy a hot tub and have it installed for that in ground with bubbles.... You could pay 12 mortgage payments for that...
Moral: Yes you can buy a lot of things for 5k, 10k, 12k, etc. But what good does it do naming things you can buy? Obviously a non car person would think any of us are crazy to buy a $2000+ swap for a car that is only going for a couple grand stock let a lone turbo price and etc (5k or more on top). But at the end of the day..... TO EACH HIS/HER OWN! So go buy your hot tub, s2000, pay more on your mortgage, or etc..... Also just because you prefer a b18/k20/h22/d16/f20/etc doesnt mean this guy or others dont like b16s....
Thats like me telling someone selling Jordans to sell them for less because I like Air Max.... TO EACH HIS/HER OWN!
NOW CAN THIS PLEASE BE A STICKY?

Nice car but that is a ridiculous price...... at least be reasonable. You can probably sell it to a kid who has rich parents and doesn't know any better. At least have a Type R motor up in there, up in there!

Y would someone prefer a 1.6 liter that doesnt like to boost over a 1.8 liter that loves to boost? Noone in their right mind would prefer a b16 over a gsr just comes down to the fact that a b16 costs half as much as a gsr. Nice car, clean, etc just that that statement was not on point. Glws
He didn't say anything about a gsr, he responded when the other member said you could put a K in there for that much. The op some pople would rather keep the b16, and I for one am one of those people. I don't like K series. They are not era correct on eg's and I would never consider swapping one into a pre '00 Civic/Teg.
