93 honda Accord ex 600hp turbo h22

Leaving the state in August so car will be stored if not sold, give me some offters if interested dont wait! Also may consider trades with cash or cash on my end but they must have a/c.
Clean title
$7500 with everything, will part motor from car for right price.
This was my project car, I have since been living in FL and now that I got the car done I need to sell it so I can move back to FL ASAP. Drove over 100 miles around minneapolis the last couple days no problems at all.
Car was tuned at 539whp and 411wtq on a dynodynamics dyno on e85 at like 26 psi(dynojet would read higher). Motor and most mods have 2000 miles or less. There is more fuel left to make more power but I was happy with it since my goal was only 500-550.

.20 over JE pistons

upgraded oil pump gear
head rebuilt(new valve seals, resurfaced, valves checked etc)

Have recipts for most parts along with tuning and engine being built, most parts if I dont have recipts I have the boxes.
Bad-?
Horn doesnt work(aftermarket steering wheel)
Front signal lights dont work
alittle rust spot on drivers rear qtr panel(only spot on entire car!)
Holes in hood due to manifold fitment and exhaust
no heat or a/c, radio

I don't have any real background with Neptune. How big a thing is it to go back and forth between E85 and 93-octane pump gas? Maps for both? Switch the maps out manually, or is it easier than that? Can't do it? If I were to buy it and drive it home to Texas, I don't think I-35 has E85 gas stations that can get me all the way home. Interestingly, though, I have an E85 station less than 10 blocks from my house. Wouldn't be a problem once I got here.
I'm intrigued with the whole package. Phenomenal work getting 500+ out of an H22, by the way.

Might consider shipping it though, not the most comfortable car to drive that far.
