92' Milano Red B16 Hatch (Omni, Skunk2, Buddy Club, HONDATA) So Cal!

Heres the deal.
The body is in overall good condtition, I'd give it an 8 out of 10, the front bumper has a few chips in the paint. The interior is also about 8 out of 10, its all black with leather rear seats. The motor has 43k on the block, when I took it apart to to all the headwork you could still see the crosshatching in the cylinders. The head only has about 500 miles on it after it was built. The head has brand new camseals, NO SMOKE!
The car is really fast for what it is, its only been raced 2 times, I dont drive it that much. After its tuned it should see 180whp or so. The oil has been changed every 3000 miles with Mobil1 Synthetic oil. I have all Reciepts for work, parts and maintanance.
CLEAN TITLE
Buyer is responsible for smog.

Interior is mint, minus a tear in the seat. Which is why i said 8/10 on the interior. I put way more than 7000 into the car. Its a Clean Title with Low mileage/no smoke/built with no corners cut. It is well worth what im asking, and if you didnt notice it says OBO. But thanks for the bump
