Default 2004 Honda Civic Si EP3. 89k Miles mostly stock.

Ok, well despite thinking I would be holding onto this car for a long time, I have decided to part with it. I am the 2nd owner, well title wise the 3rd, but the first owner was previous owners dad who bought it for him, 2nd owner was the previous owner after he was able to finance from his dad.

The previous owner took care of the car, but as soon as I got it, I started doing heavy maintenance to it (I am super **** about maintenance) and I went ahead and de-modded/ replaced parts I didn't like. The car now is mostly stock with only a few mods that I wanted for daily driving, good mpgs, and fun to drive.

Basics about the car:

-2004
-Silver
-88500 miles (will go up SLIGHTLY, but not much).
-I'm 2nd owner, clean title
-Only 1 accident and that was during my ownership, I rear ended someone at a stop sign, long story, but it was at 5 mph, no damage really, but was reported so it will be on the title.
-I have the carfax from when I bought the car, as I ran it, since then only incident is one I just stated -Bought the car with 74k miles on it

Maintenance: (what I have done since my ownership, most less then 10k miles ago, some more recent)

-Oil changed ever 3k with Mobile 1
-New NGK Iridium Spark plugs
-New Gates Serpentine Belt
-Valve Adjustment (Did it just because to make sure everything was good)
-New Valve Cover Gasket (replaced when valve adjustment done)
-Replaced Transmission fluid (AMSOil Synchromesh used)
-New Battery 3 months ago
-New Endlinks (front and rear)
-New OEM sway bar bushings (front)
-New Outer Tie Rod ends
-New OEM Upper Strut mount bearings (the part that eventually makes noise in front suspension, just replaced)
-New OEM Cabin filters
-New Brakes all 4 corners (Napa blank rotors and Wagner thermo quiet brake pads)
-Flushed Brakes and rebled all fluid
-New OEM Exhaust hangers
-New OEM Exhaust donut gaskets
-New front/rear wiper blades (OEM in rear, Trico NeoForm ones up front)
-Replaced all 4 struts (front and rear) with used ones from an 05 w/ 25k miles on them (previous owner had it on skunk2 springs, didn't want it that low for daily driving so I replaced struts when I put new springs on)
-Greased Door hinges
-Greased Clutch, brake, accelerator pedals
-Removed the front seats and greased all hinges on the seats

Modifications:
-Hondata ECU Reflash (previous owner did it, tuned for intake, header, exhaust, revs to 7700)
-Hondata Airbox mod (stock airbox basically just gutted)
-K&N Drop in Air Filter
-Eibach Pro Kit Springs (very comfortable for DD and lower it enough to remove a lot of wheel gap
-Joey Modded Headlights
-JDM Amber fender marker lights
-02-03 Tail light conversion (done right with correct harness and bulbs, I like the 02-03 tail lights better)
-Ebay Fog lights (Clear installed, but have yellow that you can have with it as well)
-Tinted windows, 35% rear, 50% front (legal tint in VA)

Car has never given me a single problem. Drives great, idles great, A/C works good, everything works perfect on the car. Previous owner had an exhaust on the car, it was a Megan Twin loop muffler with a ghetto bpipe section. I took that off (still have if you want it free with the car) and put a stock exhaust back on with new OEM Gaskets and Rubber OEM Exhaust hangers. I have driven the car to Springfield, MA (twice), driven it to NY and down to Atlanta, GA. No problems nothing. I drive it like a grandma to squeeze out the mpg's and I get 29-31mpg mixed driving on 93 octane (I have 7 mile commute to work, mostly highway then stop and go when I get near work). If I drive it a little more spirited (car is still never revved high, raced, beaten, tracked nothing) then I get 27-29mpg.

Negatives (I will be as descriptive with everything as I can here.

Interior:
-TINY hole in drivers seat, I didn't notice it when I bought the car, when I started going through it when I got home I saw it.
-Floor mats, the Civic Si logo is ripping off/jacked up, I am trying to replace those now with a used set.
-There is some regular wear on the steering wheel and door handles.
-Other then that, interior is in fantastic shape and complete (including rear cargo cover). I clean it regularly and will probably be cleaning it really good this weekend as I am going to post it for sale next week probably.

Drive train/suspension/brakes/electrical:
-No problems with any of it. Everything works as it should. Everything in good shape, would drive the car anywhere.

Exterior: (This is where the only real issues with the car at all are in my opinion, but again, I am very **** about my cars).
-Passangers side, behind door, above DOHC IVtech sticker there is a scratch with a slight indentation to it (came out of a store and noticed it in the parking lot. Was told a paintless dent removal guy could fix it)
-Drivers side fender (right above where it meets the bumper, has a slight indentation, was there when I bought it, again told paintless dent removal could fix.
-Front bumper, this has been a daily driven car its whole life, so it has its rock chips, nicks, and scratches. I have removed the bumper to put in OEM amber marker lenses (previous owner painted them black) and replaced any and all missing plastic push pins.
-Rear bumper, Small scratches where it meets the rear quarter panel. I have removed to install 03 tail lights. Again replaced all plastic pins.
-Hood, again small rock chip here and there, but other than that all good.
-Doors, all good (drivers side was repainted, apparently previous owner came out of store in big storm, shopping cart had hit his door hard, he had it pulled out and repainted).
-Roof, All good.
Again trying to be as thorough as possible.

Fog Lights:
They are installed, they work great, but previous owner wired them into the side marker lenses so they are always on when parking lights or headlights are on. Not a problem to me, just pointing it out.

Wheels/Tires:
Semi Long story here, but I'll try to cut to the chase. Came on stock wheels with crappy tires when I bought it. Wheels were painted black and I didn't like it that much so I was going to repaint. Instead I found a guy with a set of stocker painted white that were "good condition" a friend picked them up for me and brought them back, they also were crappy looking with ehh tires. I stumbled across a set of 09 Civic LX steel wheels with wheel covers on craigslist for 200 bucks, they had 50 miles on them from the factory (guy bought the car, drove it home and put aftermarket wheels on) so the tires were brand new. Right now the car is on those steelies with factory Bridgestone's with about 5k miles on them. I had the set of white stock wheels sandblasted and plan on painting them back to silver, but haven't gotten to it yet. I am working on repainting the stock black wheels now back to Silver. Either way, it is on Good tires with tons of life left and will have stock wheels in some manner. If I can paint them silver this weekend, then the stock silver wheels will be on it. I have center caps for both sets also.

I honestly can't think of anything else right now. I have a bunch of other parts that I have accumulated that I can include with the car free.
-Extra Set of stock struts from an 03' w/ 70k miles on them.
-Extra OE Air Filter
-Extra Plastic push pings for bumpers
-Yellow Fog lights from ebay
-Extra Honda Emblems
-Extra set of 04' Headlights (little hazy, one has cracked tabs)

Alright time to cut to the chase, I'm not going to post a high price and hope for offers around what I am looking for, I am going to just throw out the bottom price.

If someone wants to pick the car up as it sits I will throw in the Stock black wheels with tires mounted (not really good tires), for $7000. All extra parts I have will be included as well.

If I paint the wheels silver before any interested parties and get the good tires mounted on them, I am taking the car to a local Carmax, if they offer me more than $7k, then the price will go up for 7 days or the car will be given to Carmax instead. They normally offer slightly above dealer trade in, which is KBB Right at $7000 for the car given condition and miles.

Kbb private party is right around $9000 in good condition, which is what I listed it as due to the exterior blemishes.

No Trades at this time as I already have too many vehicles. Feel free to PM or post with questions. I will get more pictures of the interior asap as well as the engine bay. I also have a video of the car revving to show proof of Hondata Reflash and can get video of the car idling and such as well.

Located in Norfolk, VA. I do have a lein on the car, so I would have to pay it off to get the title. My bank does a rush on the title, should only be a couple days.

Car as it sits right now today except stock front license plate bracket is back on the car as well because I just put it back on. Again I have stock wheels to go with the car, I just didn't like the crappy black paint job that was on them. Stock front license plate bracket is back on the car as well.
