Thanks BoostinEJ1 and carfanat1c I really appreciate the comments. Good to know I am not out to lunch on price.
I know it is tough to buy a car long distance with travel or shipping costs, plus the added paperwork of importing. I will help the buyer anyway I can.

I drove to Toronto to buy an SI in March and it was a freaking nightmare and didn't even end up purchasing it because the seller was a blatant liar (Eugene Lee, I'm talking to You). Plus the Canadian officials DID NOT like me at all for some reason, and I'm pretty clean cut and respectful! They sent me in to the shack to get my **** searched! LOL. I felt like they thought I was a terrorist or something coming in to bomb the place.
All I was saying is it's a big pain in the *** compared to buying something in the states. I get why you guys bought your R's there and admire your dedication but just imagine how much easier it would have been if the car had been in Washington or Oregon.
Someone should buy this and import it though! Super Clean!!!

I would like to move this along so I will help by providing a heck of a price.
$8200 USD takes it.

It'd be pretty easy and cheap to get this car if the buyer lived in Seattle or close by. The border stuff takes care of itself when all paperwork is properly taken care of. There is the duty fee, but that's about the only extra cost.

If you fly to Victoria BC and drive it home it will cost you:
Flight to Victoria BC Canada (or to Seattle then take the Clipper Ferry to Victoria) I'll pick you up.
Duty payable when you cross the border 2.5% x 8200 = $205 (Source: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-impo.../importing-car)
A temporary permit to drive it home. About $25 per day that can be bought here in Victoria a few mins from my home.
Any fuel and hotel expenses for your trip home
Someone correct me if I am missing anything.
I have the compliance letter from Honda America and there are two other forms (EPA form 3520-1 and DOT form HS-7) you will have to complete at the border. A buyer for my old car I sold flew from Bend Oregon to Seattle then took the Clipper ferry here. We got a temporary permit for him to drive it home and he took a ferry to Port Angelas WA and was on his way home. It isn't that hard

I still have this car sitting on a trickle charger in my garage.

Once wire transfer is received your shipper can pick the car up and ship it anywhere in Canada or USA. Buyer pays for shipping.
Two of best car shippers in Canada below. Both have 30 years experience and a solid reputation. I sold a CRX and it was shipped by Hansen's once. The buyer was very happy with the service.
