needs l.m.a.'s... will not pass smog how it sits but you already know this if you red the above parts list. i have an oem gsr exhaust manifold, stock p72 ecu, brand new - used for ref oem gsr cat, cost me over a grand at acura, a gsr intake box and arm, and 2 1/2" crush can exhaust with a stock looking muffler. quite but has a good sound in vtec.

car is always garaged, always changed oil at 3k sometimes sooner if it looked like it needed it.car has always ran 91 cheveron, never seen bottom of the barrel gas.car has multiple layers of security that i will share with buyer.speedometer reads over 300,000. this is NOT the mileage of frame or motor. ive switched clusters from jdm, to integra, to this one i had laying around.not sure of actual mileage. gas gauge trips out at times and reads full tank when its not. i trip the odometer at fill up and dont run it low. needs a little of this and that.car is on a SALVAGED TITLE FROM THEFT! is no means a "show" car but is a clean daily that gets heads turning and thumbs up.i have many projects and my s2000 is taking priority over my hatch. so .. shes gotta go! - i have alot of receipts but not all and will include them with sale. ill also include v2 rims 13x8 4x100 black in color never mounted.this car has a huge amount of time, and money into it im taking a huge loss please dont insult me! craigslist is a joke and i dont have time for b.s. onto the pricing-
i will not smog - but for the right price ill include the parts needed to smog..i work far from home and dont have the time or motivation to take off the headers,test pipe, intake, exhaust..car is in my name, no back fees, and title is in hand!

thanks for the bumps guys! not into trades, my garage is a sardine can of honda cars and bikes.. need to make room and focus my energy on other projects. car has ben great, it has s huge amount of parts and is reasonably priced. lets get er sold.

NO cars! if you have an s2000 oem black or white hardtop, s2000 coilovers possibly, ap2 center console, volk rims - te37 or maybe ce28 must be 17" must have higher offsets +40 or higher.. tires not necessary! but may be ok. basically s2000 is all im looking for on the parts end.lmk
