[WTS] 1992 Civic VX Hatchback GSR Swapped

Time has come to sell my civic hatchback.
1992 Honda Civic VX (lightest model hatchback)
Miles on Body 275k
Miles on Engine roughly 60k (Might have paperwork, let's assume I don't incase I can't find it)
Engine is an OBD1 GSR B18C stamped, purchased from Naganojapanese.com
Engine is stock except for Intake.
Transmission is the GSR transmission.
ECU is a virgin P72 ECU.
Engine, transmission, mounts, ECU, shift linkage were all included from Nagano as a complete drop in. Purchased for $1800.
Interior is amazing. Carpet is new, seats have no tears or holes, no cracks in the dash.
Exterior is fair. Has a dent on the passenger side door. Could use a paint job to freshen it up.
Comes on stock VX wheels with new tires.
Comes with a new timing belt and waterpump still in box.
Cons:
No AC. Everything is installed except the AC Compressor. I have 2 compressors that will come with the purchase. 1 came off of the VX engine (D15Z1), and the other compressor came off of the GSR motor (B18C).
Will need a new radiator as it leaks at the top. It has never overheated, but it should be replaced.
Passenger side door lock button on the inside is broke, so that will have to be replaced.
Passenger side tail light needs to be resealed at the top as rain gets into it, which allows it to leak into the spare tire area.
Will eventually need new rotors as it shakes when coming to a stop from higher speeds.
On Ebay coilovers so it's pretty bouncy.
