tranny shifting problems at high rpms
i have an eg coupe with an type r. and when i rev it to like 8000 or above, the clutch pedal sorta falls half way to the floor board and then ill step on it and shift into the next gear.
but then when im in the gear it just revs like its in neutral then after a second or two it catchs and starts to take off.
Whant could be the problem, i already bled the clutch! lol

I have the same problem on my Z6, never figured out if it was the pressure plate, but once I replaced it with a used Centerforce Dual Friction, no more issues.
I've heard on the "old" V8 cars of the PP over centering and then not wanting to release until the rpm's came back down.
