2001 Lude auto tranny
hey im looking at buying a 2001 lude from this dealership but it has an auto, im fine with euther an auto or manual it isnt really a dealbreaker but i wanted to know what model of tranny is in it and what hind of hp/torque can it handle? will i have to upgrade it if i put a turbo on the H22A or can it handle the power? if i get this car i plan on pushing it to around 200-250WHP

proably a tiptronic transmission, it'd be ok for 50-75 extra hp. but even then nothing garuntee'd. i have a f20b and a 55 shot of nos on my stock f22 auto trans and it's holding strong for now. also depends on how hard you are on it. if you take care of it, no netrual drops and drive half way decent, you'd be ok to turbo it(i wouldn't go over 5-8psi)
but just get a manual you'll be happier in the long run, auto lag sucks.
