Higher than normal pressure at idle will cause a low idle. If pressure is too low it may not idle at all, stall shortly after startup, or when you hit the gas. If pressure is too high or low while driving you may feel a lack of power during an rpm range. ex between 3000-4000 it may bog but then be fine after that.

fuel filter is leaking from the top.
will have to check pressure at idle. Should it be constant to whatever it was tune to?, correct?
I did also smell a hint of gas from the hose line

Ok I have a bad idle . So low it wants to die. I give it gas and it will start . Once I let off the gas it wants to die again. Sometimes it does. When I unplug the vacuum from the FPR it idles great. I took the FPR off and I think it's clogged. Anyone have ideas?
