Weird Clicking chatter noise when turning.
So recently i notice a nasty chatter/clicking noise when i pull in my parking lot or even going to the drive thru the car will Chatter when turning left or right. The weird thing is when the vehicle is cold or if i drive short distance, its fine (no chatter/clicking when turning). It only happen when i drive like 30 miles plus or can i say when the car warms up? Never had this problem so I'm stump as of now on what it can be, so any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks
Specs: 98 civic cx
h2b swap
Itr Lsd transmission
Dss level 0 axle (brand new)
5 Lug conversion 36mm axle
Jic Magic coilover shocks
Things i have tried: Replace axle, Jacked up the car to check wheel bearing is bad, inspected the tires and wheel, had wheel alignment redone, Transmission has Honda MTF, might be missing some other stuff i tried but just post and i let you know.

check your cv joints, might not be enough grease inside there. once you begin moving more the grease gets distributed and you don't hear the noise.. just something to check..

there is grease packed into the cv joint, the rubber boot over it keeps the grease inside so it doesn't fling/thrown out. Plus the boot keeps the cv joint clean from dirt/contamination. I'm wondering if the grease inside the cv joint, that there is not enough, you begin to use it, it the distributes the little grease it has, noise stops. That's what I meant. It was a thought and something to look into since it might be the problem.

I've seen parts store axles that had no axle grease added inside that went bad and making noise in a tiny amount of miles.
Even oem axles will have their grease wear out after many miles. The grease does get old and stops protecting, even if there is no leak where foreign particles can get inside.
