Icon6 serious issues

1998 Honda civic EX D16Y8 V-Tech engine. will die for no reason while idling and driving. Doesn't spit or sputter just dies with no warning. Takes about 10 time to get re started after this happens. It will start and die as soon as it fires. I have replaced both o2 sensors, mass air flow sensor on my cold air intake. Also replaced 7.5 fuse because my speedometer quit working. I am thinking it may be a loose timing belt, distributor, or ecm. I think it is throwing the ecm codes because it is not recognizing the new sensors and after market cold air intake. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated Thanks.

First, there is no hyphen or h in VTEC, just so you know.

Just dying without hesitation, [spit/sputter] is a common symptom of a bad coil or ICM, [no spark] both are susceptible to heat failure, another symptome is engine will restart after a while, ["Takes about 10 time to get re started"].

It is also possible that it is a PGM-FI Main Relay problem, [no power to injectors], to test, [when engine will not start] simply listen for the fuel pump priming, turn ign. on to run, not all the way to start, and listen for the fuel pump priming, it should run for a few sec., if not, check the PGM-FI Main Relay...
