Well, I'll start here on my search. I tried a few Isuzu boards, but they're all idiots. Every last damn one.

It's a 94-96 Isuzu Rodeo (which corrosponds quite nicely with the Honda Passport. ) that is having some problems. It's my girlfriends roomates SUV.

The "heater" blows cold air, despite how warm the engine is. The shop that worked on it "flushed" the radiator system saying that should fix it, but of course it didn't.

Where should I start looking, and how do I test it once I'm there?

I felt like an idiot when she asked me what was wrong... "Yes, I can rebuild a motor, but the hell if I know anything about your heater." So I told her I'd do some research. She's hot... I had to.

try changing the thermostat, it's probably stick open. are you sure the air/mix
cables are free? hotwater valve working? try those first.

you see... I know nothing of the heating system of cars. As much as I try to pretend to know about Honda's, I know jack about general maint.
Where would I look for the Air/mix cables and hotwater valve? I realize that it's different because it's an SUV, but if you could just point out some charataristics, then I can probably track them down.

I'll try changing the thermostat just for the hell of it... that I can do.

look for 2 small water hoses going inside the firewall.. the hoses are like the size of a quarter.. and they are inches apart.. from there on.. there should be a small wire cable.. let someone inside move the temperature guage.. and see if the wire is moving.. but if your system is vacuum controlled..i dont know about that one. good luck
