ls vtec engine/ white smoke comes out after hitting 7,000 rpm
yeah my problem is that my ls vtec is smoking after hitting vtech, after 7000 rpm... then.. it goes away after shifting... the head is new.. b16 and the bottom.. is in good shape.. could this be.. my oil pump.. i found a little leak located.. on the oil pump.. also i'm loosing oil..

White smoke is usually a head gasket. Give a little more info (build etc.)

check them rings...make sure ur getting no blow by...
when i had an ls vtec... i had the same problem, but i was also running ctr cams and pistons and then the white smoke started... i didn't get hondata in time, but i did retard the **** outta my timing

well pretty much my bottom has gsr pistons... head is ported.. with over sized.. valves... head gasket is new.... it only smokes when the vtech hit's... when at 6000 rpm it's ok.. could it be my piston rings...

how would i check if mt rings are done... it there i test i can do... cause i'm also loosing oil don't know if it's.. from the oil pump.. or.. it's burning it...

i just did the preasure test and it all comes in good.. so.. still don't have no idea... i want to know... with anybody with a lsvtec that smokes.. holla at me.. and tell me how you fixed it..

When the head was done did you get new valve seals? May be a contributing factor.

when you phone starts to ring your car smokes....huh, thats wierd? 
what size injectors are you running? how did you break the engine in? what type of oil did you use during break in? how long has it been doing this

stock gsr injectors, for oil i use 10w30 mobil 1, synthetic... i do have new valve seals... could it be the whole bottom or prob.. just the rings..

it might be your rings.. is your rings brand new??? and are you in your break in period??? cause if you are in your break in period you have to use non synthetic.. use cheap as oil... for the rings.. and almost had the same problem but it was my valve seals....

you need to go to wal-mart and get hte cheapest ND30 oil you can get and take it thru accelleration and decelleration cycles to press the rings to the walls
and be shure to change your oil frequently
