Default kms engine developement titanium retainers

Has anyone tried these retainers yet?Anyone have a set they are about to try out?

i'd like some forged steel or chromoly retainers titainium doesn't last too long from what i hear

He is the pro stock CRX that bought Roger Sangco's engine from AEBS.
Bright green from VA runs tens all motor...I guess it's not that impressive anymore. I think his website is http://www.gtpracing.com

I'm trying to get a deal worked out with KMS for testing of their manufactured components. I'm a student at GT and have access to some of the material testing labs, but it's a lot of bureocracy to work through to get in there. If all goes well, I'll be able to produce data on the strength and durability of many of Kauffman's parts, including his Ti valve spring retainers. As for now, it's just a matter of waiting for me to get access to the fatigue machines...

They claim to have there retainers made from 6al4v grade titanium.That grade of titanium is strong stuff.Alot of jet and airplane parts are made from it.you should seek a hardness tester and get the rockwell hardness of that titanium.

Portflow retainers are made out of 6AL4V too...

I am running there full valve train valves springs retainers in my D15b vtec and havent had a problem the motor is not in anyway high horsepower but i rebuilt it from top to bottom. I even sent my head to GA where there shop is after a local machine shop screwed me and John fixed what was wrong and replace what the other shop damaged didnt even charge me he got the other machine shop to pay for everything.

ive been using the same set of springs and retainers from kms for years.
