ITR SWAP PROBLEM
hey guys i have a eg with a B-series swap in it and i got the motor from an engine depot and dropped(p72 ECU Chipped to stock itr) it in no problems except the check engine light was on bc the knock sensor and the o2 sensor isn't connected...
i changed the motor oil, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap&rotor, tranny fluid, new shift linkage, new shift bushings, and skunk2 short shifter
... long story short the car wasnt starting bc of a no spark issue after i was trying to wire in the o2 sensor using one of the diagrams on the forum.
..there conclusion was my time belt was loose so i had the do the water pump and timing belt an stuff. i also saw they ran a wire from the ecu to the distributor....(the check engine light was on b4 bc the knock sensor an o2 sensor not connected) it still not connected but the light is off....idk if that has anything to do with anything but yea...the idle problem only happens after the engine warms up
any ideas??

Not sure what your saying but pull the code and post it and see if the light comes on. If it doesn't come on when you turn your ignition on either the light bulb is gone or you have a bad ECU.
