Iridium IX Spark Plug turbo honda

what is better for my civic b16a1 vtec turbo????
drive 17psi
NGK BKR7EIX ore NGK BKR8EIX
i drive now halo spark plugs? i need new sparks
i will not install the NGK BKR7E-11 with make GAP them down 0,6mm diode
Two Turbo honda friends has bad story from the sparks plugs like this pictures.
