Hi guys, i have been loking for this for a while but i havent found it, so if any of u can plase help me with that i will apreciate it.

I found the D series, but not de the B, this is what i found:

Please help out and post up the code on your D Series Cylinder Head,its located above the exhaust ports of Cyl #2 and #3 or near that location,see pic below.You have to post/know the Year,Model,Engine and Transmission along with the code.I have a few so far.....The Idea of this page is to help people ID thier head when they buy one from ebay,junkyard or anybody so they know they got the right head.

Here are some that may help.


B16 and ITR heads: PR3
GS-R head: P72
B18B head: P75
B18A head: PR4



The year code will tell you alot about a head as well.

how do you destingush between b16 and itr heads? pr3-? also, how bout b17? are they still considered p72 even tho the IM are different?

The B17A head is essentually a B16 head, it should have the PR3-* stamp.
