Default How to achieve this look with an oil cooler?

Ive seen this picture before and i really like how the oil cooler is set up. i wanted to achieve this look but i had a question.

My question is, if i am able to mount the oil cooler in this position, where would the hood latch go? IT seems like that is the only place that the latch could be is right in that spot because of the hook that it latches onto is built into the hood. If anyone could share some information about this, i would really appreciate it. Thanks

Id say the only way to do it like that would to remove the hood latch on the hood, and use hood pins. I dont know how he isnt using them.

It's a magazine picture, the hood is probably just chilling.

IDK. Have you ever taken off your bumper and grill and tried to see how it might have been done?

there's a bunch of room in front of the latch... it could just be in front of it.

Latch is still being used I'm sure, just repositioned.
