Default hondabond ultra flange 2 question-urgent

I am in the process of reassembly of my 01 v6 accord oil pump.My question is,what's the correct assembly process with hondabond ultra flange 2?Should I assemble immidiately and torque to spec or assemble hand tight, wait an hour and then torque to spec??Thanks!

For those following along:

Assemble and torque to spec immediately.

There are a few materials that require a setup time before torque, but from my experience has never caused a problem provided the surface was clean and flat. If I recall, Permatex Grey requires a small setup time. I've never had a problem with it leaking due to premature tightening.

Gasket leakage has a lot to do with preparation and surface roughness. As long as you address the pressures both outside and inside, you will win. Load bearing parts (such as structural oil pans) need to be as clean as straight as possible. Engine flex could create a leak in time.
