GSR Throttle body size: What size works, how big is too big?
So I'm looking to upgrade the throttle body on my GSR. Whatever size I get it will be port matched to a Skunk2 IM so no worries about that. Stock size is 60mm. I have read on here that 70mm is too big for just bolt-ons? So I'm thinking 64, 66 or 68. What does everyone think/what throttle body do you have on your GSR? Current modifications on engine are CAI, Skunk2 IM, DC header. Future mods may include Skunk2 tuner cams and Skunk2 valvetrain but nothing more than that. Also, no opinions about Skunk2 IM or any other mods I currently have or are planning. Just interested in your knowledge about throttle body size. Thanks.

I have a 70mm on my ls with sk2 mani and dc header also worked great for me. I also have a 74mm-68mm tapered on my booseted ls. The tapered tb has alot more throttle response than my sk2 70mm does and was alot cheaper. If u want a tapered tb lmk I can hook u up as the company that makes the one i have is closing
