Fujitsubo Legalis R, Is the resonator in the middle actually a chambered muffler?
Hey i was looking at this and wondered if the resonator in the middle was actually a chambered muffler or is it a straight through.
If it really is chambered then i wonder why fujitsubo followed up with another chambered muffler at the end ( so two mufflers in one exhaust system) this must produce a really low/probably stock note, but this must kill the performance of the exhaust.
If it is a straight through muffler than thats another story
so does anyone know what it is? (the middle part, NOT the actual muffler that sticks out from the rear of the car)

I'm pretty sure it's straight through, it's just offset to fit better and still have more sound deadening material inside, I couldn't imagine a high quality Japanese company using a chambered muffler they are smarter than that.
