hi. I was wondering if the ring with the groves on ABS axles (dc2 gsr) comes off? because I have a non abs B-series axle laying around and I wanted to use that one instead of buying another axle (ABS) for the GSR if I can just pry off the RING off the broken axle and put it on the non-ABS axle

anyone know if the ring would just come right off and I can slip it on the other non-abs axle??

I heard that i can just use a flat head and work it out
then again I heard that it's welded onto the axle and i would have to buy another axle

don't wanna take it apart and find out I gotta go buy a abs axle

and i'm too poor to buy a abs axle haha

unless u or u know someone selling a driver side one (nor cal only)

they come off, just hit it with a hammer the whole way around, and work it off
