Default D16Y8 Question

Whats up tech's. I have a misc question. Here is a photo of my cylinder head, (D16Y8) 2000 civic ex. I'd like to know if this looks normal or if it is dirty, the car currently has 102,370 miles and oil changes are done every 2,500 miles with Gtx high mileage oil at a service center. I have seen cylinder heads cleaner than this but of course those engines have low mileage. If this is not good then i assume it will affect performance and the life of the engine, Should i have it cleaned up or just leave it? Thanks.

I would leave it alone. What kind of gas are you using?
