Default Changing rear brake pads on 95 Integra LS

Is it the same as the front or are there differences?

what do you mean? are the pads the same? no, rear pads are smaller and MORE expensive..haha, ummm changin them is similar to changing the fronts. most honda rear calipers have two 12mm bolts that hold the caliper on, remove those and pull the caliper off. only thing i see different is to get the piston back in you have to twist it clockwise, you can't just push it back in like in the fronts...well sorry if thats confusing but yeah..HTH
