Fuel isn't going to do much when your motor isn't even turning over...
Check power to the starter relay and make sure it getting power, if it is than probably the starter went bad.
If it manual try to pop start it if you can

As mentioned, if engine is not turning over, fuel is not the issue.
MM&Y of car and if it is an auto or manual transmission would help.
The first thing I would try is a "bypass jump", using a jumper wire, [min.12ga] connect one end to the batt. pos.(+), unplug the starter motor solenoid control lead, [thinner of the two leads on the starter motor] then touch the jumper lead to the solenoid terminal on the starter motor, BE CAREFULL, make sure car is not in gear and hand brake is set, if starter motor and solenoid are good the engine will turn over, even if ign. is not turned on.
Try the bypass jump and let me know what happens.
Don't forget MM&Y and auto or manual. 94

When I have the key turned, the battery light doesn't come on, but all the other light and stuff work, also the oil light seems really dim, when I tried jumping the car, the battery light will come on when the clutch is depressed and and the key is in the on position. Also when it's hooked up to the jumper cables, the fan will turn on when I turn the key. But the engine doesn't even attempt to crank

Well advice is already given, you could try to bypass the starter solenoid and see if the starter crank or just push the car and get it rolling and put it in gear and release the clutch with the key on run position.

I had the same problem. It turned out to be the upper switch at the clutch pedal. The rubber grommet thing must have fell out causing the switch to not engage when the clutch pedal is pushed in.
